About Me

My Journey
My path to real estate investing was not flashy.
I studied the subject extensively and then applied what I learned to my own situation. One of my early steps was taking a mortgage broker course so I could better understand how property financing works.
When I felt confident in my plan, I bought my first property. When it performed the way I expected, I continued building.
Today I own multiple investment properties and have developed a system that allowed me to invest responsibly while living a normal life.
The income helps fund our vacations, and the equity growth and mortgage paydown are helping build our retirement.

Is this only for Canada?
Yes. While many real estate principles apply broadly, my personal experience and knowledge are based on the Canadian market.
Do you help find properties?
No. My role is to help you build the plan. The work of finding and choosing a property is
still yours to do.

Realtors help you find properties.
